MAYFAIR DIAGNOSTICS REGINA SERVICE UPDATE
April 2024

We are committed to providing you and your patients with the highest quality medical imaging. Below is some information you may find helpful.

X-ray

  • X-rays are a walk-in service; an appointment is not necessary.
  • X-ray hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Ultrasound

  • All general ultrasounds are available for patients two years old and above, excluding carotid and renal Doppler ultrasounds.
  • All general ultrasounds, including pyloric stenosis are available, for patients two years and under. Special exams for babies like cranial and arterial studies are not available.
  • Elastography ultrasound, a non-invasive assessment of liver fibrosis by quantifying liver tissue stiffness, is available and can be ordered by primary care physicians.
  • Obstetrical ultrasounds including dating, nuchal translucency, second semester detailed, and BPP, with or without Doppler, are readily available.
  • Tip: When ordering multiple exams on one requisition please include medical history for all exams on the requisition.
  • Ultrasounds for soft tissue lumps are readily available.
  • WAIT TIMES FOR MSK ULTRASOUNDS ARE LESS THAN ONE WEEK, TWO WEEKS FOR SHOULDERS.
