IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITIES

We currently have relatively immediate booking availabilities for the following exams and locations.
• CT exams at our Mayfair Place location
• Screening mammograms at our Crowfoot and Beacon Heights clinics
• Bone mineral densitometry (BMD) exams at our Crowfoot and Beacon Heights clinics
• Single cortisone (steroid) injections at our Castleridge and Cochrane clinics
• Bone scan exams (nuclear medicine) at our Mayfair Place, Sunpark and Mahogany Village clinics
• Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI) and Exercise Stress Test (EST) at our Mayfair Place clinic.

TRANSLATORS

If your patient prefers a language other than English, they should bring a family member or friend who is 16 years or older, to assist with translation, as some exams require forms to be completed onsite. Mayfair does not provide interpreters, so patients must arrange this in advance.

X-RAY TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Renovations are underway at our Westbrook clinic resulting in our x-ray rooms being closed from May 30 to June 16. Related signage has been placed at the clinic for patients including recommendations for other nearby Mayfair clinics. X-rays continue to be a walk-in service at Mayfair.

COMPLETING REQUISITIONS

To ensure we can deliver accurate and timely reports for your patients, it is essential that all requisitions include complete and correct contact information. Please make sure the physician’s name, address, phone number, and PRAC ID are clearly provided on each requisition.

FAX NUMBERS FOR BEST SERVICE

When faxing requisitions to Mayfair please do not use our local clinic fax numbers should you have them, unless specifically requested to do so by Mayfair.
