We currently have relatively immediate booking availabilities for the following exams at these clinic locations.

• Screening mammograms at our Beacon Heights, Cochrane, Castleridge, Mahogany Village and Sunridge clinics
• Bone mineral densitometry (BMD) exams at Beacon Heights, Cochrane, Castleridge, Mahogany Village and Sunridge clinics. It is highly recommended that patients return to the clinic at which they had a prior BMD exam if applicable
• Bone scan exams (nuclear medicine) at our Mayfair Place, Market Mall, Mahogany Village and Sunpark clinics
• Thyroid scan (nuclear medicine) at our Mayfair Place clinic
• General ultrasound exams at our Aspen Landing, Coventry Hills, Castleridge, Mayfair Place, Market Mall, Sunpark, Sunridge, and Westbrook clinics
• Myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and exercise stress test (EST) at our Mayfair Place clinic

MRI imaging (WBI) is available at our Mayfair Place clinic. This advanced diagnostic tool offers state-of-the-art imaging that can support early detection, helping patients gain peace of mind and take a proactive approach to their health.

STAY CURRENT WITH REQUISITIONS

We routinely update our requisitions to enhance clarity and support more efficient patient care. The most current versions are available at physicians.radiology.ca. You may also download the updated requisitions for integration into your EMR system. If you require printed copies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

When faxing requisitions to Mayfair, please use the designated fax numbers listed below. These numbers are also available at the top of our requisition forms and on our website at physicians.radiology.ca. Please note that using any other Mayfair fax numbers may result in processing delays.

TRANSLATION

If your patient is more comfortable communicating in a language other than English, we recommend they bring a family member or friend (aged 16 or older) to assist with translation. Some exams require forms to be completed on-site. Please note that Mayfair does not provide interpreter services, so any translation support must be arranged in advance by the patient.

23 LANGUAGES AVAILABLE ON PATIENT WEBSITE

Our patient website, radiology.ca, is available in 23 different languages. Patients can select their preferred language to access exam prep instructions, explanation of services, descriptions of
exams, directions for our locations, as well as health and wellness articles. Patients can access this feature from the top right-hand corner of our homepage at radiology.ca.

PATIENTS WITH ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS

If your patient has any accessibility and/or mobility needs that we should be aware of to help support them during their exam, please include this information on the requisition with as much detail as possible.

Our patient website also includes accessibility adjustments including profiles for seizure safe, vision impairment, ADHD friendly, screen reader, and many other important features. Your patients can find these options by clicking on the accessibility icon in the bottom left-hand corner of our homepage at radiology.ca.

EMAIL FOR UPDATES

To enhance communication and provide more timely service updates, we recommend transitioning from fax to email. If you’d like to start receiving updates by email, please send your name, company name, and preferred email address to bd@radiology.ca. If you’re already receiving updates by email, no further action is required.
