We are pleased to announce our new physicians’ website designed specifically for you has launched. This site offers easy access to all the resources, forms, information, and contact details you need – conveniently organized in one location. You can also stay up to date with our news ticker, bringing you the latest Mayfair updates every day. As well, you can find quick-link pages on the site’s home page for your convenience. You can access this site at physicians.radiology.ca. It is also accessible from our patient website at radiology.ca by clicking the ‘medical professionals’ button on the bottom of the homepage.

HOLIDAY HOURS

Over the end-of-the-year holiday season, all Mayfair Diagnostics clinic locations will be closed for the following dates.

  • Tuesday, December 24, 2024 – half day closure at noon
  • Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – closed
  • Thursday, December 26, 2024 – closed
  • Wednesday, January 1, 2024 – closed

As our contact centre staff continue to train on our new patient system, we are experiencing some minimal delays to our booking response time. We are working diligently to ensure any delays to our patient services are minimal. For prompt service, we encourage you to use our direct line of 306.569.9729 option 2.

FAX VERSUS EMAIL

To enhance our communication and ensure you receive updates more efficiently, we encourage you to consider switching from fax to email for receiving these updates. If you are receiving these updates via fax and you’d like to receive them via email, please let us know your preferred email address and we’ll set it up right away. Please send your name, company name, and email address to bd@radiology.ca. If you are already receiving these updates via email, there is no need to respond.

Patients can access this feature from our homepage at radiology.ca.
